Delete your GetStream account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all profiles, My List, ratings, reminders, watch progress, playback history and subscription record. It can't be undone.

In the app (instant)

  1. Open GetStream on the web at getstream.getapps.tech/app/account, or in the Android app open Me › Account.
  2. Scroll to Privacy & data and choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You're signed out and your data is gone.

By email

Can't sign in? Email support@getapps.tech from the Google address you use with GetStream. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

An active paid subscription billed through a payment provider or Google Play should be cancelled there too, so you aren't charged again.
